About the Study
As a research-driven cancer specialist hospital, Shanghai GOBROAD Cancer Hospital, affiliated with China Pharmaceutical University, upholds a dual commitment to patient-centered care and scientific innovation. Anchored by principal investigators (PIs), the hospital continuously improves the efficiency and quality of clinical research, accelerating the translation of biomedical innovation into outcomes that bring more hope to patients.
The hospital is currently conducting a Phase I/II, multicenter, non-randomized, open-label, dose-escalation and dose-expansion study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary anti-tumor activity of IPG7236 in combination with toripalimab in adult patients with advanced solid tumors.
This clinical trial has been approved by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA approval notice numbers: 2025LP02717 and 2025LP02718) and by the Ethics Committee of Shanghai GOBROAD Cancer Hospital. In the spirit of voluntary participation, the hospital is now recruiting eligible subjects.
About the Investigational Drug: IPG7236
IPG7236 is a novel small-molecule CCR8 antagonist and a Class 1 innovative drug developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. CCR8 is an emerging immunotherapy target expressed on regulatory T cells (Tregs) within the tumor microenvironment, and antagonizing it is intended to enhance anti-tumor immune responses.
Main Inclusion Criteria
- Histologically or cytologically confirmed advanced or recurrent malignant solid tumor that is metastatic or unresectable.
- Failure of, intolerance to, or absence of a standard anti-tumor therapy; or, in the investigator's judgment, standard treatment is not currently applicable.
- At least one measurable lesion according to RECIST 1.1.
Main Exclusion Criteria
- Primary central nervous system malignancy, or malignancy associated with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
- Other active malignancy, with the exception of basal cell carcinoma of the skin, cervical carcinoma in situ, or superficial bladder cancer with no evidence of disease after potentially curative therapy. Other prior malignancies may be accepted if the patient has been disease-free for more than 3 years.
Eligibility is ultimately determined by comprehensive examination results and the assessing investigator.
